With the C4E methodology targeted support measures such as free swimming pool, regular massage treatments and training in communication skills were identified which affected the company’s image and customers’ opinions in a particularly positive way. Along with the leadership qualities of managers who were obliged to work as a line driver for four weeks a year, this resulted in the highest profitability of the company in the industry.
