of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of revocation If you withdraw from this contract, we shall have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of service than the cheaper standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will we charge you for this repayment. If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiration of the right of withdrawal
If, before the start of the analysis, the customer declares his consent to beginning the analysis of the survey before the end of the cancellation period, he loses his right of cancellation. The customer must also confirm that he is aware that he loses his right of withdrawal if he agrees to the complete fulfillment of the contract.
Costs of using means of distance communication
There are no separate costs for the conclusion of the contract. The customer only bears the usual costs for the connection to the Internet.
10. System Requirements Information
No unusual system requirements (hardware or software) are required so that the customer is able to use and display the non-physical content from the website www.cost4emotion.de. Up-to-date personal computer equipment, which includes an internet connection, a standard internet browser and an e-mail address, is sufficient. A software program for viewing PDF files is required to view the analysis result. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Technical means for detecting and correcting input errors
The customer can correct his entries under PayPal during the entire payment process using the keyboard and mouse. In the subsequent survey, the customer can use the "next" and "back" buttons to check his entries at any time and correct them using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.
Information on storing the text of the contract
The content of the contract concluded with the customer is not saved by Pelzer & Associated Partners. After completing the survey, the customer immediately receives the analysis result. In the case of the personalized version, the customer also receives the result by email. The customer can save this data and/or print it out for his own documents. Furthermore, the terms and conditions of Pelzer & Associated Partners and this customer information can be viewed at any time at www.cost4emotion.de and permanently saved as a document. Language for the conclusion of the contract and the customer information
Only the German language is available for the conclusion of the contract and for the preliminary information according to Art. 246 b § 1 EGBGB. We hereby undertake, with the consent of the customer, to communicate exclusively in German during the term of this contract.
Contractual Termination Conditions
The statutory provisions for exercising a right of termination apply.
Existence of a statutory warranty right for the service
The statutory liability for defects applies.
